Today (May 29, 2026) at Phon Sa Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province, Mr. Wirat Limsuwat, Senator and Chairman of the Committee, together with the Committee for Driving the Senator-Citizen Project in the Northeastern Region (Upper Part), which includes Mr. Wuttichart Kalyanamit, Committee Advisor; Ms. Sumitra Jarukamnerdkanok, Vice Chairman No. 1; Dr. Premsak Peayura, Vice Chairman No. 1; Mr. Phamon Chaosirikul, Vice Chairman No. 1; Mr. Phimai Kongthan, Senator/Committee Member; Mr. Sitthikorn Thongyot, Senator/Committee Member; Mr. Sommai Srichan, Senator/Committee Member; Mr. Sakon Phulsirikul, Senator/Committee Member; Mr. Sorachart Vichaya Suwannaprom, Senator/Committee Member; and Lieutenant General Wikorn Lertwajra, Committee Member, collectively visited Phon Sa Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province, to listen to problems and suggestions from local residents, as well as to follow up on the local infrastructure operations and water management
In this field visit, Mr. Saransak Srikreunet, Governor of Nong Khai Province; Mr. Somkhwan Jaisu, District Chief of Tha Bo; Mr. Wuttikrai Changlek, President of the Nong Khai Provincial Administrative Organization; Mr. Adun Namsaeng, Provincial Sergeant of Nong Khai; Pol. Col. Techachat Prathumchat, Superintendent of Tha Bo Police Station; Acting Lt. Witthaya Khamphuang, Mayor of Phon Sa Subdistrict; heads of provincial and district government departments; executives of local administrative organizations; community leaders; women's groups; subdistrict chiefs; village heads; and local residents warmly welcomed the visit
During the activity, participants received general information about Tha Bo District and Phon Sa Subdistrict Municipality and listened to the problems and needs of local residents. Mr. Wirat Limsuwat met with the public and provided an opportunity for residents to express their problems and suggestions, which would be used to push for solutions and coordinate with relevant agencies for concrete action
In addition, the Senate members and relevant government agencies also visited two areas to inspect the problems of water pumping canals in order to understand the situation and find ways to develop water resources to benefit the public and the agricultural sector in the area sustainably This field visit is part of the campaign of the Senate members to meet the people, focusing on listening to the opinions and problems of the people directly, in order to use the information to develop and solve problems at the local level effectively.
